Services
Brynn Levine Python Development provides remote software engineering services including Python development, business process automation, API integration, backend development, data processing and reporting, website and application support, database support, and custom software consulting. All services are provided remotely. Service availability, scope, and timelines are subject to mutual agreement between the client and Brynn Levine Python Development prior to commencement of work.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the following:
- ·Providing accurate, complete, and timely project requirements
- ·Reviewing all delivered work promptly and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe
- ·Maintaining the security of any access credentials, API keys, or login information shared during a project
- ·Testing all delivered software in a non-production or staging environment before deploying to live systems
- ·Ensuring they have the legal right to use and share any data, files, or third-party systems provided for development purposes
- ·Communicating any changes to project requirements before development begins
Project Scope
All projects begin with a defined scope, timeline, and estimated cost agreed upon by both parties before work commences. Changes to project scope requested after development has begun may result in additional time and cost. Scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds. Brynn Levine Python Development reserves the right to decline scope changes that significantly alter the nature of the original project agreement.
Payments
Payment terms are established at the time of project agreement. Payment schedules, methods, and amounts are communicated in writing prior to commencement of work. Brynn Levine Python Development may require a deposit before beginning work on larger projects. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. Late payment may result in a pause or termination of project work at the discretion of Brynn Levine Python Development.
Revisions
The number of revisions included with a project is specified in the project agreement. Revisions are defined as corrections or adjustments to work already delivered based on the original agreed-upon requirements. New features, additions, or changes to requirements that go beyond the original project scope are not considered revisions and may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests should be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Software Delivery
Completed software, scripts, or tools are delivered via email, file sharing, or code repository as agreed upon. Basic documentation or usage notes are provided with deliverables where applicable. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of delivered work after receipt. Brynn Levine Python Development retains no ongoing obligation to store or maintain client files after project completion unless a separate support agreement is in place.
Limitation of Liability
Brynn Levine Python Development provides services on an as-is basis. While reasonable care is taken to deliver functional and accurate software solutions, no warranty is made that delivered software will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Brynn Levine Python Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. The total liability of Brynn Levine Python Development for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
No Guarantee of Third-Party Platform Availability
Many projects involve integration with third-party APIs, platforms, services, or software systems. Brynn Levine Python Development does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, performance, pricing, or continued operation of any third-party service. Changes to third-party APIs, terms of service, rate limits, or authentication systems after project delivery are outside the scope of the original project agreement. Additional work required due to changes in third-party platforms may be subject to additional charges.
